Moorfields is moving from its City Road site near Old Street Station to a brand new premises near St Pancras Station in 2027.

Moorfields Eye Hospital has been located at 162 City Road, London, since 1899, providing comprehensive eye care services. In 2021, plans were announced to relocate to a new facility near King’s Cross St Pancras, known as ‘Oriel,’ set to open in 2027. This move aims to enhance patient care and research opportunities, positioning Moorfields within London’s Knowledge Quarter, close to major research institutions.

Camden Council has launched a consultation for people to give their feedback on wayfinding measures to support patients getting to our new centre in Camden.

This includes the implementation of a green line to mark the last half mile walking route from St Pancras International Station.

The survey is open until 13 July.
