Natalie attended one of our first ‘Living Well. With Sight-loss” courses (2018) facilitated by Steve Reed. Within this space she was able to acknowledge her own limitations and the perceptions of people who may never have experienced someone living with sight-loss. She admits,“This course has been instrumental in giving me the knowledge and confidence needed to claim what is my right and find out who I am.” Eye Matter has encouraged me to reach out to support services such as my local ROVI (Rehabilitation Officer for Visual Impairment).”
