Deputy Editor for Eye Matter Matters. My mission, as I join Suzie, Fiona, Paul and the rest of the fiercely driven and incredibly talented volunteers who so lovingly support us, is to uphold the highest standards of editorial excellence while ensuring Eye Matter Matters remains a beacon of authenticity, accessibility, and inspiration. I am eager to dive into this journey with you all, bringing my humble life experience to ensure our magazine continues to resonate, inform, and unite our incredible family.
Throughout my life I have been a voracious learner and passionate about what I do. My journey took me through the fascinating fields of IT Engineering, Marketing, Public Relations, and Media, where I learned that the most powerful stories are not just heard, they are felt. Additionally, they are stories that connect us, empower us, and foster a sense of belonging.
When I first encountered the Eye Matter community in 2024, I was immediately struck by the warmth, resilience, and vibrancy of our members and volunteers. Eye Matter is not just another charity supporting visually impaired people; it is a family, a community that thrives on connection, support, and the shared journey of living well with sight loss.
