Losing my sight has made a massive difference to my character over so many years. It has changed who I am so much, generally, I was not able to do the activities no career path that I had been pursuing. The physical aspect of my deterioration also affected my confidence within my marriage. When I started coming to your groups which I think was during lockdown, I felt really uncomfortable as I am a bit slow since having a stroke. Eye Matter up it’s always so supportive and the members all help each other when they have dug themselves into a hole. I now look forward to your sessions as I can be just as silly as I want and I now realise that the drama improv sessions are some of my favourite events. One day I would like to do The in person sessions but I need to overcome my fear of travel to London first.Anything is possible with Eye Matter and thank you to Steve for giving me so much more confidence and more importantly, enjoyment.”
